I wonder if dmv will act upon another state suspending a driver for dui and operating after suspension who continues to drive in their home state where they have a valid license. The old license and rights were suspended in maine but they didnt' pull valid va license. The driver feels they can continue to drive until notified by that state. Due to concerns from family we asked if they would notify driver so they would understand the laws. Thanks again
