Instead of locking up people that have gone Mad. They have allowed Mad people to influence our laws. The U.S. has 5% of the worlds population and 25% of the worlds incarcerated population. U.S. justice system is crazy. Further more they don’t believe in locking up illegal aliens ( don’t care to feed them ), so they turn them over to I.C.E. (Feds) and send back over the border. U.S. / Mexico border is a JOKE. Anyone can cross over unless they’re carrying drugs.
More people die from excessive speed then die from DUI’s. Phone use in the car is 3 times more likely to cause a fatality accident. Why not arrest people using phones in cars also? Think about it, and don’t be a hypocrite.

When you consider the effects that an accident could have on someone the punishment is really not that bad. I am a burn survivor and I feel very strong about this issue. If the states are going to sell alcohol, I wish they would stop crying about it. It can not be a criminal offense if there hadn’t been a crime committed. DUI’s should only get you a ticket and a cab ride home.
