Where can I find easy to search Oregon DUI case laws?
I am looking for a website with DUI case laws, specifically Oregon, but U.S. as well. I found one that had all the Oregon DUI case laws but they were in chronological order and could not be sorted any other way. It also had no search function. I would have to read them all to find one that addres...
I am looking for a website with DUI case laws, specifically Oregon, but U.S. as well. I found one that had all the Oregon DUI case laws but they were in chronological order and could not be sorted any other way. It also had no search function. I would have to read them all to find one that addressed a specific topic. I don't want to become a member or pay fees or anything. I just want something that is open to the public. Any ideas?

paula L, I could not find case law on that web sight. Am I missing something? There has to be a lawyer out there who knows the answer. Is this stuff only available if you pay for it or belong to the right group? Hard to believe if I can find them in chronological order.

you sound like 99% of the people in this world: You want it all and you want it now, but you don’t want to work for it or pay for it.
What you are asking for is for someone else to do a lot of work so you don’t have to do anything, for something that will ultimately benefit only you.
So what if you "have to read them all to find what you want." If it is worth doing for the end result, why should someone else do all the work.
Born and raised in Oregon, and you sound like almost everyone I have ever known from Oregon. Get someone else to do it if at all possible, but only you benefit.
