When did the 10 yr law change for dui's in Idaho?

Just need to know when the law changed and if anything before that can be used against you.

    Any arrest will alway be on your record, no matter how long unless you get a withheld judgement.
    Which is when you complete whatever programs the judge orders you to do and complete your probation period with out any other arrests or violations then at that time you can have the arrest/charge discharged off your record.
    BUT with that said, there is still ways to find it on your record.
