State laws. That was easy.
Check with your local police. Ask a lawyer. Look online. Several things. And if it was you who had the DUIl then you shouldn’t have been driving under the influince. That was careless, stupid, and reckless. I think that people who have DUI’s should be put in prison for up to 5 years. But that’s just my opinion, and I think taht all murderers and rapest should be killed for hurting/killing/and ruining someone elses life.
In every state the DUI laws are state issued.
