What are the ignition interlock laws in NM for people moving to the state that had a previous DWI?

I had a DUI exactly 3 years ago and I am moving to NM. I don't want to have to get an interlock again. I had on when I got my DUI. I feel like its double jeopardy. Is there a time frame I can wait before moving so that I don't have to get an interlock? ...

    NM

    Required for all persons whose license has been revoked or denied for an Implied Consent or DWI conviction for the duration of the court order in your current state.
