What are the ignition interlock laws in NM for people moving to the state that had a previous DWI?

I had a DUI exactly 3 years ago and I am moving to NM. I don't want to have to get an interlock again. I had on when I got my DUI. I feel like its double jeopardy. Is there a time frame I can wait before moving so that I don't have to get an interlock?
