My soon to be ex received a dui in nov 2008, she had three open containers, refused a breathalyzer, and was extremely belligerent and insulting to the arresting officer. She has a lawyer but i just cant believe that she can be found innocent with three open containers at 330 am. it has been over a year now but nothing has been done yet.
