I was pulled over. What happens next? Will I completely lose my driving privileges? My car? The only information I can find online pertains to those whose license were suspended due to dui, mine was for lack of car insurance.

    you may be able to explain to the Judge what happened and why you needed to drive.. hopefully s/he will let it go with a fine .. but more than likely you could lose it

    Ohio
    The court is authorized to order vehicle immobilization & impoundment for:

    1st offense – 30 days
    2nd offense – 60 days
    3rd offense – forfeit vehicle
