I got a dui in 01 i went deferred only because driving at that time was my occupation,in 06 i received another since it was deferred the second charge was tried as a 2nd and i received 90 days and lost my license for 2 years,now 7 years later my first dui is being tried as my 2nd 2nd and 900 day lic...

I already have a public defender who insisted that this would be tried as a first offense since it did occur 5 yrs before the second. i now have two months.I sold my house moving to texas so i quit my job im stuck
