New DUI Laws? I never heard of this…?
Apparently there is are new DUI laws being imposed where if you have any alcohol in your system even under .08 you will get busted for a DUI. I haven't heard of this and I'm usually on top of the news. My fiance's friend was raving about "the facist government is trying to control us" nons...
Apparently there is are new DUI laws being imposed where if you have any alcohol in your system even under .08 you will get busted for a DUI. I haven't heard of this and I'm usually on top of the news. My fiance's friend was raving about "the facist government is trying to control us" nonsense and ranted about this. He's anti-Obama so I don't know if this is being played on those types of sites or news agencies I don't tread there. Anyone else hear about this? Just curious.
DUI laws are written and enforced by the States, not the Federal government.
Any such law would, therefore, be specific to your State, and you didn’t say where you are.
That said, I have not heard of ANY State trying to re-write their DUI law in that fashion, and nor do I believe any such attempt would be successful in any State.
