new dui law tennessee?

Under the new dui law in this state offenders would be shamed and humiliated by wearing a sign with an orange vest letting everone know they are drunk drivers.Do you think this type of shame will work? I used to be one of theses people. Any other type of punishment suggestions?

    I myself live in TN & have seen these offenders on the I-40 doing trash pick up. All you see is a blurry face after reading the back of their uniforms. I think their should be more patrol, but then how much do you want the taxes to go up to fund this? The best bet for these people are to not do it, saving their lives as well as others.
