If you were issued a summons and didn’t appear, you lost.
If no date was ever scheduled after you appeared for your initial hearing, you’re probably of the hook.
Yes, most crimes have a statute of limitations, but a warrant stays the statute. Likewise, if the case is pending then the statute is not running. If the case has been pending that long there might be speedy trial rights issues, but the attorney for the defendant would be protecting those rights. You do have an attorney don’t you?

it depends on where u are but if you havn’t gone to court u probably have a warant . u should stop a cop and ask him to run your name for you
