I have heard that if you get pulled over while driving while intoxicated in Iowa that after you take the blow test in the cop car that they have to take you into the police station for the official blow test. When you go to take the official blow test that will hold up in court i heard that you can stall for up to two hours and have a family member present at your blow test..... IS THIS TRUE???? if it is that would be a good strategy if you are just over the limit. and if this is true can the cops say you refused to take the blow test if you wanted someone present at the blow test???
No, that would be considered test refusal and would be used against you in a court, especially since the field test showed positive. The test will be filmed so no relatives need to be present.

Why would you want to drink and drive just to end up BLOWING all the Police Force in the State! Then you want to have someone in your family watch while you blow….you wrong boy very wrong!
