in state of pa does wreckless driving with a dui count as one conviction or two convictions?

in 1998 i got arrested for dui and wreckless driving now this year i got another dui i had my plea court and the judge said said 3 convictions with bac .14 18 month license suspension is this right with the new dui law? or did the state make a mistake with convictions? ...
