go get a lawyer, i’m betting you will find money for that too out of your public aid check.

There has to be a whole lot more to the story than you do not have a furnished apartment.Nobody can take your kids away for that. And if being on welfare was cause for them to remove your children they would have done that long before that. There is no way they can take your kids away for those reasons. And if that is really the reason they told you and you are being honest than I am sorry. You should go to the media and the state Representatives now. Make them help you.That is not legal grounds to take anyones children.
Sounds like they are in a better place. Maybe in a year from now you’ll be all grown up and competent.
