There is nothing to stop you from protesting against laws. Except maybe your own laziness.

But a paperwork crime is in no way comparable to drunk driving. Not having papers does not result in death. And if you are casting stones, make sure you never speeded, always park legally, always signal a turn, don’t slide through stop signs, etc. All of those can result in injury or death, except the parking.

It is incredibly offensive that you are trying to compare a paperwork crime to having sex with children. You tremendously insult the children who are victims of those crimes. Shame on you. I’d rather have a passel of undocumented human beings in this country than someone like you.

Yes, I really know what it is about, but you clearly do not. I guess the constitution means NOTHING to you. And you are probably fool enough to believe that all undocumented persons are drug dealers. WRONG!!!!!

I am surprised that there are any DUI laws at all considering Teddy "the Red-nosed Senator" was always getting pulled over.

A crime is a crime but not all crimes are equal. Illegal immigration should be right up there next to minor acts of terrorism.

We condone and protest the usage of the law as a violation of Constitutional rights of legal immigrants and Mexican-Americans, not to defend illegals.

This law is different from federal law in that federal police are tasked with this specific duty and cannot violate people’s rights because they are not COMPLETE law enforcement officers looking into other crimes.

Local police are given an inordinate amount of power with which they can use to pursue other goals, which is unconstitutional because "reasonable suspicion" can easily be given for "dark" suspects as illegals when the officer has no actual suspicion.
