If you complete your probation, most states will not consider explunging any records for several years after your probation and formal request in court has to be made for it to be explunged, After the judge rules on it, it will take the systems about one month to actually be cleared.
Of course this only clears public reports, the reports available to law enforcement, and national security will show the arrest, the probation and it being explunged.
I know this is not what you believe will happen, or maybe was told would happen, but as a police officer, this is what really happens.
Pa will be different states.
Law is here:

its an arrest it will always be there
Are you sober now? Very little of that gibberish resembled English.
PA has three levels of DUI – First Offense. Each one depends on how much money you have. If you can complete the classes and pay your fines quickly, you get your license back quickly. For each one, you will be on probation for 1 year and you must attend alcohol safety classes. Theses programs are first offense only. At the end of your probation, your record is cleared of the DUI by the courts after your lawyer petitions them.
1. You don’t opt for ARD and you lose your license for 12 months. You have that long to pay off all fines. There is a minimum incarceration of 48 hours.
2. You opt for ARD and you lose your license for 6 months. You have that long to pay off all fines. No incarceration.
3. You opt for ARD and lose your license for 3 months. You have that long to pay off all fines. No incarceration.
