I am sorry, but my understanding is that, whatever the court may order, the DMV will not recognize any classes outside California. You are going to have to complete classes there to remove the suspension.
ADD: I have been recently informed that DMV can cancel the class requirement if they are informed that you are out of state and do not intend ever to drive in California. You should contact the DMV about this.

if it is a problem between one state not recognizing classes in another state you will probably have to get an attorney in order to get your license back.
