Getting a CDL license w/a dui on record in Co?
I am wanting to study for my CDL liscence, however, i am not sure how my past D.U.I from 3 years ago will have an effect on being able to take the test. If you know what the laws are in Co, for somthing like this, please let me know. ...

As long as you have served your suspension, and have pay the appropriate fees, you will be able to obtain a CDL testing authorization. Upon sucessful passing of your tests, you can get a CDL. Getting hired by a reputable company will be a hurdle, but with time, that will also be easier. There are a lot of companies that will still hire you since it was 3 years ago, but not any of the better ones.
you can get the license, but a lot of companies may be reluctant to hire you with the dui, if it was 3 years ago there may be someone to hire you, give some of them a call and speak to there HR dept they can give you an answer, Or call Schneider they will hire pretty much anyone as long as your still breathing
