Try getting a hold of an attorney in Orange County that handles DUI. I’m not sure if they’ll give free advice or free partial advice on DUI laws.

Which Orange County? Orange County NY? Orange County CA?
DUI usually isn’t a county offense, it’s a state offense, look up your State Laws, and consult an attorney. The results will vary wildly depending on location.

If it’s Orange Co. Ca….see below
Expect to pay 2500.00 in fines, mandatory 3 month DUI class paid at their expense, loss of drivers license (can be conditional to drive back and forth to work and to the classes) A 3year probation to follow all laws, and that means if you are caught for Jaywalking it will revoke your probation…10 years as a formal probation and background history, depending on the yellow form filed when present in court, it will outline the conditions of their situation. Increased Insurance fees, and a mandatory SR22 for a period of 3 years based on their blood alcohol level, and if the voluntarily submitted to a blood/urine test in addition to their Breathalyzer results on scene. If no property damage or accidents. The fines and possible jail time could be worse if they caused an accident and/or property damage. Time spent in jail upon arrest may count as time served, but there may be jail time and/or community service.

autoinsurance.maclenet.com – check these plans. As I know their rates for bad driving record is not such expensive as from other companies.
