they probably won’t let you get a license for 5 to 10 years and give you a heavy fine. But since you’ve been stopped before, you could get jail time. I hope your not planning on doing this, you could kill yourself or another person or family.
I would say the possibility of suspending the license, but since there was no license in the first place…….
Probation, fine, refusal of license for a period of time, fines, community service
Don’t throw in the ‘never been stopped driving drunk’ that’s no excuse, and a judge will tell you the same thing.
If you are already getting a DUI at 17, you need to face the fact that you have problems.
