DUI California laws.?

I keep asking the same question and nobody seems to be answering the question, only giving their opinion......... Does anyone know in CALIFORNIA if you got a Wet Reckless and within the 10yr span, got an actual DUI...what are the consequences for that DUI? ...

   The wet won’t count as a prior in the new case if she was 17 or less (and adjudicated as a minor).

   The wet reckless will be used as a prior DWI for any sentencing.
