Does getting a DUI hurt your chances of getting into law school if it's your first offense?

Will admissions be able to know about it? It's not going to be a conviction.

    No. It will be on your driving record for 7 yrs though. And if its not going to be a conviction then charges will be dropped and it wont be on your record. But,, I think the department of motor vehicles ( or the place that issues drivers licences ) will suspend your driving priveleges for 6 months to a year, so that might show up.
