I've always wondered if people with Dui's on their record was possible to work for them. I know it varies from state to state, but what about the Navajo Nation. The Navajo Nation is a sovereign nation. As well as the Hawaii's, they have their own nations. The ablility to have the same laws and same problems over the United States. So what happens to people that want jobs that have Dui's. So many people have made mistakes and now have to lived with them.
You can check with the tribal government, but it probably depends on the type of work. For example, I don’t think someone with too many DUIs could become a police officer.
No biggie, Ive had a felony DUI and went to prison for probation violation. I’d say as long as you know how to hold your head up and serve mankind, the DUI is kidstuff.
The Navaho Nation probably does not have good computer networking with the various state governments, so it is quite possible the do not even know about DUI convictions.
While sovereign, they are inside the USA, and subject to many US federal laws, just like US states, like Hawaii are subject to them.
