Can i still enlist in the navy with a dui and an underage?
I just got an underage i already have a dui and i wanted to join the navy but i don't know if i will be able too now. I'm twenty years old and both arrests are misdemeanors not felony's for anybody who doesn't know the law too well!!! ...

Both require a moral waiver and your chances of getting one in today’s world of meeting recruiting and retentions goals are slim at best.
Its still possible , but hard. My recruiter was telling me he recently had someone enlist who had been drunk in public, then when picked up, kicked the window out of the back of the squad car, and somehow still got in.
Navy may be more strict though, that was for Marines.
no. no moral waivers are being granted and the DUI alone is enough to keep you out. TWO alcohol related incidents before you are 21 and you are pretty much done forever with the Navy.
Yea I extremely doubt you will get a waiver for this. I had hard enough trouble getting a waiver for my LASIK surgery. Your best bet is to wait till the economy comes back up and the recruiting levels off THEN go see a recruiter. You will have a much higher chance of getting in and as long as you stay clear till then all time requirements should be fulfilled on the charges.
