If you have the tuition, you can get into a law school with a murder on your record. You can be admitted to practice with a DUI. You must disclose it and the ethics committee will investigate it. It may hold up your admission but it will not bar it.
Why should you be denied entrance to a law school? Bush became president of the USA with a DUI charge.
