He should get a brain transplant for drinking and driving

oh your gonna love me………DUI’s and anyone who is driving aught to be tied to a brick wall and covered in tar…oh and add feathers…then put them on the court house steps with a sign stating why they are there……he needs a good lawyer..and im sure there is one that will whine to a judge loud enough to get him off

WTF is an EXTREME dui? did he kill people? First you should kick him in the nuts hard for drinking and driving, then the rest is gravy.

He should get a drunk driving attorney. The public defender does all kinds of cases, and may not know the special ins and outs of dealing with the DUI/DWI cases. It may cost a little, but how expensive are the fines? How much would it cost to look at someone’s mom after he killed them while driving drunk?

to six months in jail with five months and 20 days suspended, three years of unsupervised probation, alcohol counseling and a $2,710 fine for extreme driving under the influence.

That is one sentence from my newspaper for AZ case.
