Dui first offense. Probation was for 5 yrs. and will be up next November. Hasn't had to report to PO for 2 and a half years. Can anyone tell me with a law degree. ...

    wow a DUI while on probation
    people are put on probation in lieu of being in jail on the trust that they will be good and stay out of trouble.

    Since he cant stay out of trouble then he gets to go to/back to jail.
