Finding the best law school in Sacramento can be a challenging process. There are many different schools offering several different programs and it may be difficult to decipher the differences between these schools and programs. It's important to take a close look at these law schools and what they offer as far as courses, programs, degrees and guidance in career opportunities.
Law Degree Programs
When looking at what law courses a school offers, make sure that you see a wide variety. Take the time to read course descriptions so that you can get accustomed to how the school presents its information. The learning process is very personal to each individual and the only way to make sure your learning experience is the best possible is by making sure your personal needs are met. Different law schools are going to offer different law courses and this will help you determine which school is right for you.
You may also want to consider the school's requirements in order to complete a law degree. Requirements will vary according to the school and you may find that you feel you will get through one school's law program easier and faster than another. Many people don't realize that programs differ vastly and that finding the program that best fits you is one way to help guarantee a successful law education experience. Choosing the wrong law school or program can be detrimental to your learning and can lead to disappointments and failures that no one wants to face.

want to transfer my DUI Case of Sacramento to North Carolina?
I live in sacramento and i have not started my DUI classes yet but for personal reason i am moving to North Carolina. is it possible to move my case? and what do i need to do?
No, but you could get the classes transferred. You have to ask the probation department for approval, and they, in turn, would have to ask NC probation if they would allow you to take it there.
My sister is 23 and just got her 2nd DUI this last weekend in Sacramento County?
1st was when she was 19 and paid all fines etc. However, scared that she might go to jail. She has a job and is student, does that matter that she is employed and in school? She woke up in the hospital and doesn’t know how she got there, last remembers passing out in backseat of her car. Should she get a lawyer? What should she expect?
I am assuming you are not a minor and are being charged with a violation of 23152.
Here is a link to the Vehicle code describing the penalties for that violation.

2 DUI’s and 2 failure to appears in sacramento ca.?
I got arrested on 1 dui in sacramento few months back and i had a prior dui in stockton in 2001 i failed to appear in court in sacramento twice because of work and lack of transportation and i tried to make another court date in sacramento today and i couldn’t they said no its “out of courts control” what does that mean? also what do i do, i don’t want to go to jail, do they have walk in court in sacramento? please help or please reply
I don’t know where these answers come from. The sentence for a first time DUI is pretty standard around the state, and involves probation (3 to 5 years), a fine (around $1,500), and a six month license suspension (although it is possible to get a restricted license). Jail time is NOT usual for a first offense. See Veh C sections 23152, 23158, 13352 and

You should have an attorney, but in most cases the “quality” of that attorney is not going to change the outcome.
a first time dui offender in sacramento ca gets how many years probation?
It probably means you have a warrant issued for your arrest. If you have an attorney, let him or her know about it. Otherwise, go get one if you can afford it, get your affairs together, and go turn yourself in. If you cannot afford an attorney, then you will be given an opportunity to apply for one but probably only after you turn yourself in and get arraigned. I’m not sure of the exact process for that in California.
Your case sounds rather serious, and missing court cases doesn’t help anything as you know. Good luck and, not meaning to sound like a smartas* or anything, but definately find a way to stay out of trouble once you get past all this! You know you don’t need any of this crap just as we don’t need DUI drivers!
what is the punishment given to first time dui offenders in sacramento ca?
