First, you need an attorney for many different reasons. Your attorney will request the discovery on your arrest which includes any video, Police Report, results of the breathalyzer, etc.
Secondly, your attorney will understand how your symptoms (perhaps an astham attack or hyperventilating from the stress of being stopped?) could affect your test results.

These tapes should show that my rights were violated. I passed the breathalzer,and that was only after begging them to let me take it. I begged for a breathalizer imediately. Then I started hyperventalating which it was very obvious that I was. My chest sarted getting so tight, my face,hands,arms were tingleling, I couldn’t breath,my fingers started curling up on there own,and I started feeling like I was going to pass out. I kept telling them and it was very obvious that i couln’t breath. They just kept questioning me and egnoring me. This seems like it should be against my rights. I kept trying to anwer the questions but my mind was more on getting that next breath.
