Hello.One of my very close relatives just got arrested for DUI and this is her second time. This happened in Florida. I remember that last time she did not have to serve jail time, but she did have to go to alcoholics anonymous, she had to go to some advocate program, she had to be on probabtion for like 6 months, she had to pay a bunch of fines, and she had to have her car tires chained for 30 days. She also lost her job.
What do you think will happen the 2nd time around?

Sure, if that other state is Uzbekistan, or Zimbabwe! However, a revoked licence means revoked in every US state, and every Canadian province. Understand, revoked is more serious than suspended. Suspensions have end dates after which one can apply for re-instatement. A revoked licence is NEVER re-instated. If a conditional lift of the revocation is granted, a person starts all over with new licence tests, and all the restrictions applicable to any new driver.
A statewide warrant for arrest would show up in the system if he tried to get a licence in any other state/province, and, while they may not arrest him in that other state, his new location could very well be passed on to the authorities in the home state.
The DUI is bad enough, but the H&R makes things worse. he could see some jail time
