I have 3 points for a DUI accident. I got another point for red light camera, so the DMV is trying to suspend my license for 6 months. I need to fight this, but since I have the DUI conviction for 13 years will those 3 points stay on my license. If so, I am perilously and constantly close to being suspended. 1 ticket and I'm done driving. Hard to find reliable information on this and I can't afford an attorney.
welllllllllllll start following the rules and they wont interfere with you anymore/they should suspend and fine you because you cant seem to get it/when you do the stuff you cause me and everyother driver to be in your way/we dont need to be getting out of your way because you cant handle it/wise up/you would not do this to everybodys face but its ok in a car/get real/the insurance co is going to love you/the agent is already calling his wife to order that flat screen on your money
You have to post what state your in. Laws vary by state.
See if you can go to traffic school for the ticket. That will keep one point off your DMV record.
