Seems like the 2nd time this question was asked.

First you have to figure out if FL and TX have reciprocity with each other, i.e. do they have a standing governmental agreement between each other that they will recognize and uphold the decisions in each other's courts. Driving licensing is state controlled.

Once that is figured out your question is answered.

If you are asking: "if i was convicted for DUI in Tx, and get another conviction in Fl is that a 2nd DUI?".

If they have reciprocity yes. If not, No. It's as simple as calling the local court house and just asking over the phone.

When you apply for the Florida license they will ask if you are suspended or revoked in any other state. If you are valid now in Texas you will be ok..

I hope so. DUI is about one of the most irresponsible things you can do.

Not sure what you are asking. If you want to know if Florida will consider you as having been previously convicted of DUI the answer is yes. If you want to know something else, figure out what you want to know and ask it.

For purposes of licensing, it doesn't matter how many years between DWIs. If your DL is suspended in Texas you won't be able to get one in FL until the suspension expires.
