In the state of Arizona, is there a mandatory loss of license of a slightly impaird DUI conviction?

Also, does the state of Arizona provide temporary work driver's license during a suspension period..this is the lowest charge (slightly impaired)...Also, how long is the minimum loss of driving privledges on this charge? ...

So were you charged with DUI, but had a BAC between .05 and .07. What this will mean that you’ll be up for the same DUI charge as a .08, but the prosecutors will have to demonstrate evidence other than just your BAC that you were under the influence. You are fairly lucky as you are in the gray area, and there is some ability to fight these type of cases. However if convicted the penalties of the DUI are the same.

For a first offense you should be able to get a "restricted license" to go to/from work.
    1) Min 10 days in jail
    2) Min $250 fine
    3) Community service
    4) $500 assesment to prison fund
    5) $500 assesment to state general fund
    6) you may be required to equip your vehicle with a "breathalyzer" device at your cost

Just be really careful as the 2nd offense has escalated penalties, including a 1 year suspension of driving priviliges.
