well just depends if you plan getting another charge for pi if you done alcohol abuse classes when you got your dui conviction you need not to worry about what the courts will do to you because that is a slap on the wrist but you need to decide if you might have a alcohol problem but take it from a man that drank 20yrs away and decided that i’m done with all that can’t believe how i must of acted underinfluence alcohol close to 4yrs sobriety and see how some of friends that still drink act i’m really ashamed of the way i must of acted those yrs in the bottle people that drink alcohol are risking two things the chance of either injuring them selves or injuring someone else and the chance of being in jail i wasted a lot of precious time not remembering and sleepin hangovers off life is really short and gone before you know it so think about it is it really fun or not i think not
