The cost depends on a whole host of variables so that even a ballpark figure is pretty much impossible. These include how old you are, your previous tickets/convictions and accidents, your gender, how much you drive, how far your work is from home, etc., etc. Try looking at Progressive’s online quote system or at other insurance companies’ sites.
On TV here in Greene, Co TN, there is commercials for Westmoreland Insurance (In Kingsport or Johnson City) that can help you get your license back in as little as 24 hours and the SR-22 is $10.
