It depends where you live and what statutues are on the books and the penalties that can be imposed. Most places that I know of are a minimum 6 months for the first offence.

Depends on the state, blood alcohol level, whether or not you complied with the chemical test. A first offence could range from as little as 30 days to well over a year.

Depends on the state, your BAC and whether you consented to a test of your breath or blood. If you refuse in my state it’s an automatic 1 year.

It depends. However, if you get a good attorney the attorney can negotiate to get your licensed suspended for a smaller period of time and possibly restricted instead of suspended.

Your license will most likely not be revoked. Revoked means that your license would be taken away and you would have to wait until a period of time to ask for them to consider you giving it back. That usually only happens when it is your second or third DUI.

For a first offense, they are usually only talking suspension. That means that they suspend your license and you automatically get it reinstated when the time period is up.

Have your lawyer try to get you a restricted license. I was convited of DUI and my lawyer got me a restricted license instead of a suspended one. That meant that I was allowed to drive to school, AA meetings, work, and doctor appointments. It actually was not a huge deal at all because I was still able to drive to where I needed!
