how do i find out if some one has a dui conviction in ohio?

    Go to court with the persons name, look up on their computer data base the name and it will list all complaints for that person whether civil or criminal, plaintiff or defendant. Criminal complaints must identify the charges – DUI etc. So courts now have this data on line, and you can type in last and first name to find all cases concerning that name. Otherwise, go to the court, use their computer, look up the name and data. Good luck!
