after the state of mo. notified me i was good to get my license back, i had to have proof of insurance ( liability ) sr-22 . then i have to take the driver license exam (written and driving ). after i pass the test i was legal again to drive.
yes. im not sure exactly on the situation i am just answering because it happened to someone i know. he lost his license do to a dui conviction but didn’t get his license back for atleast 15 years. but also, he moved to a different state and didnt even have enough money for a car to even care about a license so i’m sure it wont take that long, and yes it is for sure possible.
Yes you can get the licence back after a DUI charge, but you may have to go through some classes, or what ever the Motor Vehicles Branch and the Police suggest that you go under. You will have to do whatever they wish as they are the ones that will be issuing the licence back to you.
Unfortunately,They do They can also get a hardship license from there state and drive to work and back and they can stop at the liquor store on the way home,
um, yes. You get your license back after the period of suspension is over. They would tell you after six months or whatever the fine was. Something fishy with this question.
