I don’t know all the answers. However, upon conviction (and even before), your drivers license is taken away from you. I believe Nebraska requires one to have a license to drive. Answer one of your questions yourself.: Do you have a drivers license ??

I don’t have website references for my answer, but logic dictates that you would not be able to drive if your license has been suspended, until you have been told that your license is reinstated. When someone is convicted of murder and they appeal their case, they aren’t released from prison while the case is under appeal, right?
people who dui should be executed for stupidity. They are to stupid to be allowed to live and reproduce.
wisconsin dmv suspends your liscence in a month or so of arrest
