   It depends on the postion. And quite frankly, the person reviewing the info. Some people like to give chances and some people have been burned so much they don't. It isn't pc but you can't prove what is going on in someone's head when you don't get hired.

   Alcohol or drugs? This does make a difference if it is drugs.
