Can i be a nurse or teacher with a dui conviction?
keep in mind this is my 1st offense and have been in no other trouble other then the dui!! ...

I am not certain about the teaching requirements since it varies from state to state; however, I do know a DUI conviction could definitely prevent you from becoming a licensed nurse. Again, you need to look up your states requirements. In my state if 10 years have passed you can become a licensed registered nurse as long as that was the only conviction.
