One DUI is a misdemeanor. Multiple DUIs are a felony in some states.
If the DUI is a felony, the person cannot vote.

    Yes, it’s not a felony.

    they should be able to

yes as most DUI’s are not felonies but some can be. convicted felons in certain states lose their civil rights upon conviction and lose the right to vote.

why not if a convicted felon can be elected as Senator, like in Alaska.

If Obama can pull bums off park benches without addresses then drug addicts and drunks can vote too. Alcohol is legal,,,I think more people should drink now that Obama is in office.

lol yes you can vote with a DUI, and in most states you can vote as a Felon. I am a Felon and I am a registered republican.

  10. Teekno says:

    It depends on the state.

Yep, were you not paying attention? All the drunks voted for Obama also, along with non-racially motivated Jesse Jackson and Oprah.

  13. Isabella says:

You can vote if this is a misdemeanor. If this is a felony or aggravated misdemeanor, you lose your right and then have to have your rights restored before you can vote. Here is a link from ACLU and I think they have info by state.

  14. ridge63 says:

Yes you can but you will need to sober up before election day because you have missed it by three days this time.

  15. Broken Veteran says:

Yes as long as it isn’t a felony.

How come Todd Palin didn’t vote?
