    Most cities and counties have noise ordinances. He might ask you to turn it down and then give you a citation.
    DUI checkpoints don't bother me. I don't want drunks on the highway. They are responsible for the deaths of thousands of people every year.
    Don't misunderstand, I'm not for a police state, and I like a drink or two from time to time. But drunks have no business being behind the wheel of a car.

    P.S. I also like Nugent, "Stranglehold" is awesome!
