Why aren’t illegal aliens apprehended at DUI checkpoints?

Under our current catch and release program for illegal aliens our Police Officers are not permitted to detain illegal aliens for deportation.
Because America is a corrupt nation that is about to collapse. We will become third world by 2015 (if we are lucky).
B/C dui checkpoints check for drunk drivers and people w/ out license’s. so if they aren’t drunk and have a licensee there free to go. you should change your question to why are illegal aliens allowed driver licenses.
but then you would prob get an answer like.
since they have to pay for driver licenses, car registrations, and insurance the gov. is making money.
which is stupid. b/c your giving privileges to someone with the word illegal in there title.
Illegal aliens are not really illegal in America. Didn’t you know illegal aliens are welcomed in America. They work hard, complain little, and will work for half the price of an American worker who once earned prevailing wages but now the prevailing wage has been dwindling as the large numbers of illegal aliens continue to come here and replace Americans doing the same jobs. Furthermore, If the USA Tells poor Mexicans that if they come here while pregnant and give birth to that child that the U.S. Government will support the child at tax payers expense and provide the illegals with subsidized housing and free education through college..They would be fools not to come and take advantage of the stupid gringos.

Unless we have other criminal charges against the ‘illegal’ we can’t detain or arrest them under state laws.
If they are going to be hit with any local charges, ie. DUI, and the officer has any suspicion that the subject is an illegal alien, they can notify the local ICE officals, other wise they have no right to initiate an investigation.
