    Various locations. Hanover County will have them set up on 360, either west of old Mechanicsville, or further east. Also, they set up on Creighton road, either side of I-295.

    Henrico County tends to set up on Mountain Road. They also have a lot of other options, but they do move around alot.

    Check the Richmond Times Dispatch, as they often publish the locations beforehand as a deterrent.
