Suck it up, admit that you were wrong, and accept the punishment.

Why do people ask yahoo? Why not an Attorney. Your In the criminal zone now, not the Citation zone. Do you understand? This could effect your whole life right now. Job, etc. You got finger printed. Anyway to answer your question. Hurry to Jacoby and Meyers (There attorneys in NY City-they advertze on TV) Get an attorney. Because :You have the right to remain silent, you have the right to an attorney, anything you do or say can and will be used against you.
Better higher an Attorney as the long run ramifications will be much worse. BTW I work on the highways of this country and would really appreciate it if you would have enough consideration for myself and others as to stay out of my office while you are intoxicated.
i hope you dont live in il , because ur license is suspended til after your 21st bday and its gonna be like 750 just to get ur license reinstated
