You can call the County Attorney’s office in your county and speak with someone about the guidelines. Also you could plead not guilty in court and hire a private attorney to investigate into the matter of the legality of the roadblock. Could be pricey but it’ll get you out of the ticket if you could prove that it was illegal.

Go to the state website which will have state specific requirements and link you to the county. You may contact a lawyer if you feel so inclined. If you do fight it, bring proof of any laws found with you to court.

    good luck.

I would advise you to contact a local att. becareful of those websites that tell you how to bet a dui or a speeding ticket. things that they tell you are too gray and broad and probably don’t cover the laws of your state.
