Of course. DUI drivers kill a lot of people before they are stopped. Including, by the way, a lot of officers who are trying to protect the public!

Yes, and they do them here quite regularly, as a matter of fact they will probably have a couple set up this weekend. I think it is a great idea and if it gets one drunk off the road, it is worth the cost.
Any illegal aliens caught during stops should be held for the feds and sent back to where they came from. They are breaking the law by being here and it would not be fair to the other law breakers caught if they let them go.
Absolutely. We have them all over during the holidays in Ohio. It’s only right…all drunks should be taken off the streets.
I have no problem with DUI checkpoints. I’ve been stopped in one,I don’t drink so I had nothing to worry about.
And no,if an illegal is caught in one,he should not be let go.
